The rental price includes insurance, water, electricity, ADSL internet, air conditioning, heating, daily cleaning of the apartment (dishes will not be washed), changing of the bed linen twice a week, free access to the hotel's swimming pool and the fitness centre.
20% discount on any invoices for food and drinks ordered from Room Service, as well as on the hotel's laundry and dry cleaning services.
The rental includes: furniture, a kitchenette with appliances, utensils, dishes, crockery, cable TV, towels and bed linen. Extra bed: 560 € per month.
Upon request a small dog or cat can be accepted for an extra payment of 360 € per month.
There is a possibility to rent parking at extra cost.
