The rental includes: furniture, a kitchenette with appliances, utensils, dishes, crockery, cable TV, towels and bed linen. Extra bed: 560€ per month. Parking fees: 400€ per month. Upon request a small dog or cat can be accepted for an extra payment of 360€ per month. There is a possibility to rent parking at extra cost.
