We propose to rent a 5-room flat on a whole floor in the residence One Monte-Carlo.
A cellar and two car parks complete this property.
The district of Monte-Carlo (formerly called Mont-Charles) was named in honour of Prince Charles III of Monaco on 1 July 1866. It is the most famous district of the Principality of Monaco as it is one of the most attractive and touristic, notably thanks to the Casino of Monte-Carlo and its gardens which have been entirely redeveloped recently, but also to the numerous luxury shops, the Opera of Monte-Carlo, the Café de Paris and the Thermes Marins.
Within this same sector, the prestigious Carré d'Or is home to the Métropole, de Paris, Hermitage and Fairmont hotels as well as luxury residences such as the One Monte-Carlo, the Palais de la Scala, the Sun Tower, the 26 Carré Or, the Park Palace, the Monte-Carlo Palace, the Petite Afrique (as the Casino Gardens are known), the Montaigne, the Mirabeau - a former hotel that has become an apartment building -, the Mirabel and finally the Monte-Carlo Star residence.
The Carré d'Or is the most prestigious part of Monte-Carlo, located around the Casino de Monte-Carlo, where famous jewellery brands have set up shop, as well as numerous luxury boutiques and world-renowned starred restaurants.
