The Jardin Exotique (Exotic Garden) can be found in the northwestern part of the principality. Being elevated compared to rest of Monaco, it overlooks the Rock, the Condamine and Fontvieille.
Apart from its gardens which hosts all types of exotic plants (which is how the district got its name), it also hosts the Princess Grace Hospital and the New National Museum of Monaco in the Villa Paloma, as well as many everyday life infrastructures such as the Révoires School, the Princess Antoinette Park and the supermarket of the Hector Otto Avenue. It is linked to the commercial zones of the Condamine and Fontvieille through many public elevators and stairs meandering between the buildings.
Amongst our real-estate advertisements, there are regular deals at the Patio Palace, at the Ligures or at the Bettina.
