L'Anse du Portier (Portier Cove) is the future eleventh and final district of the Principality of Monaco.
This future eco-responsible district will cover 6 hectares of land reclaimed from the sea between the Port Hercule jetty and the Grimaldi Forum.
Eventually 5 buildings and 14 villas, or 60,000 m² of luxury housing will be built.
